Incoming branch split for Magento 2.4.7.x releases

Due to some non-backward compatible commits in Magento 2.4-develop branch intended for Magento 2.4.7, we will soon introduce a 2.12.x Elasticsuite branch intended for pure 2.4.7 compatibility.

Since so far the issue is limited to the renaming/change of case of a legacy interface 😞 which only impacts for now a soon-to-be officially published new premium module

• we will probably keep having CI/CD tests of the 2.11.x branch apply to Magento 2.4.7 for a time
• in addition of that new 2.12.x branch which will only test against Magento 2.4.7.

This will allow us to keep synchronized release version numbers between the Open Source project and Elasticsuite Premium.

Situation update: avoided for the time being the need to differentiate between 2.4.6 and 2.4.7 support with the cunning use of flags version_compare.
