Trezor setup generating error/not responding status

Good day, trying to setup a Trezor wallet using Electrum (on windows) After entering my pin, the next step would be to enter the passphrase (25th word), but every time it get to that part it freezes (not responding).
I have tried trezor-electrum with a different crypto and it does not do that. The trezor bridge is also installed on my computer.
I have tried 3-4 separate occasions, same result.
