FOV in registration valuation step should be centered to registered prostate #217

In today's case, the prostate appeared on the very bottom of the images, so when the FOV was applied, the prostate was partially out of view.

- with respect to label value:
  - added new configuration value SegmentationColorName
  - based on the color name the color value which has to be used for label can be figured out and it
     can be used for all following steps:(e.g. VolumeClip)
  - we also assume from the mpReviewPreprocessed directory, that the segmentation filename holds the segmented color name
