The development branch is used, because some features were not available in the master yet, but now we can switch to the master.

FYI: I'm trying to reconcile some format issues with dcm2niix for nrrd and nii formats.

rordenlab/dcm2niix#612

The problem I am running into is that the gradient values in the "bvec" file are the same as those in the nhdr file, but the bvec has an implied identity "measurment frame" and the nhdr has a non-identity "measurement frame".
