Feature Request: Search Apps

Hi, thanks for the great suite.

a search functionality to quickly search and find the needed app is very crucial for a launcher. it would be great if you could add it.
I would highly suggest taking inspiration from the KISS launcher (as it performs great in that regard). It can only search for apps by their name and tags, and don't implement the other features like searching the web, contacts, files, etc.
