Make the app compatible with Windows 10 as WSA works on Windows 10

As you see, WSA offically announced it only work on Windows 11. But actually it can be installed and it's working well in Windows 10. I'll not switch to Windows 11 in a time.
So I'm requesting to change the OS independents to 10.0.17763.0, it's proofed working.

I've change the AppxManifest.xml, and installed it into Windows 10, but when I press adb installation "select folder" button, it crash.

This is really interesting! Will definitely look into it after I solve the current issues (there's a blocking bug that doesn't depend on me, which makes the app unusable for everyone)
