But I have to ask this, cause I'm still new to henkaku. Question? Ps vita have memory cards, so I want to know if theres away to remove my sd card to add a hard copy to dump it. Or is there a better way to dump games without removing sd card on my vita? I have lots of hard copys but no way of know how to dump them, cause of the sd card in its place. Please help and sorry for a stupid question. 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️

Use NPS Browser. There is no difference between a game card dump and the files downloaded from NPS Browser.

If for some reason you don't have access to it (like, no internet connection??? IDK...), make sure your Vita memory card has both Vitashell's folder and the one from the exploit used (like H-encore, or Trinity, if they were used). Boot up your Vita without loading Storagemgr (either by loading without plugins by pressing R on boot, or by commenting the Storagemgr line on your config.txt). If done correctly, your Vita will boot normally but without SD2Vita as the ux0: partition, recognizing your Vita memory card and your game card. Also, the bubbles for the exploit used (if present) and Vitashell will be available as they are on your Vita memory card as mentioned before, so you can use them to make a game card dump.

Making the card dump is extremely easy, as it's only a copy + paste process, technically. Check TheFloW's NoNpDrm repo for instructions if you are confused, though like I said, it's easier to just download it via NPS Browser.
