Update for compatibility? Vitacheat does work in every stable firmware available (3.70 is not an option as even the exploit was only made for Modoru).

The only really useful feature would be Pointer Search, but the author has already said they aren't working on it. At the end of the day, we don't really know as Vitacheat is not open source.
