Add changeset for GraphQL Codegen dependency update

Summary

• Adds the missing patch changeset for the dependency updates merged in Bump lodash, @graphql-codegen/cli, @graphql-codegen/typescript and @graphql-codegen/typescript-operations #99.
• Enables the release workflow to prepare the next @shopify/shopify_function release, addressing @shopify/shopify_function@2.0.1 pulls vulnerable lodash chain via @graphql-codegen/cli@5.0.6 (Dependabot PR #87 already exists) #98.

Release validation

PR #99 includes major GraphQL Code Generator upgrades. Before publishing, please validate representative Function projects on supported Node versions and review generated type diffs. GraphQL Codegen 7 drops Node 20 support, and the TypeScript plugins contain breaking output changes.

This PR contains release metadata only; it does not change package code.
