This is very important feature to actually have on the site, I don't know how much time it request to make it available to hydrogen, but writing directly with customer service, is important factor for customers, they get live support on the page.

Any plans to add this, or should we look at the moment for other services that can provide this?

@juanpprieto did you have an example somewhere for inbox or there was a blocker?

I tried to implement this before, it didn't work well, not stable. I think we need official release.
