ラズパイ上でOSRMのサーバーを立てる（立てる場所はApache配下ではなさそう）
フロントエンド（Apache）からOSRMをMapLibre GL Directionを通して読む
注意点:
フロントエンドからOSRMを直接読みに行く場合OSRMがどのように経路情報を返しているのかを留意する。
OSRM経路検索に使うためのpbfファイルを作る（浸水域のよけるためのもの）
OSRMのprofiles/foot.luaの中にfloodのタグを追加して、経路検索で避けるように設定。
ルーティングのプラグインはindex.html内ではGitHubのコピペでは動かない。（import文が使えない）だからChatGPTに聞いた通りCDNを探してローカルに保存する。https://chat.openai.com/share/715da827-5ca5-40f5-9cf8-c276aafdc1a1
