Now that the world has been prepared, we should update to 1.18.2.

Steps:

Local Machine (not production)
- Change scripts/var/env.sh to say 1.18.2.
- Run scripts/update/minecraft.sh.
- Run server
- Identify plugins that have issues
- Fix or replace those plugins
- Update plugins that had deprecated 1.17.1
- Configure new features
- Complete tickets that are mandatory before 1.18.X can go live (Adjust 0..255 limits to -64..320 limits, for 1.18+ #209, Allow players from certain previous client versions to connect #176)
- Force-upgrade worlds
- Playtest
- Push changes and send plugins to production
Production
- Take offline
- Pull
- Run scripts/update/minecraft.sh.
- Remove dead plugins
- Force-upgrade worlds
- Playtest
- Post an update in Discord (Warn players about 1.18.X+ spyware, and provide instructions for remediation #177)
