Switch to a homelab

While Kamatera has been great as a service, switching to a homelab may reduce operating costs over time, which is critical because SettleScape has been running in the red for years.

This would give us fuller control over our OS, which could facilitate #207.
This would also give us the ability to store far more data for far less money.
We'd also be able download/upload from/to the server in far less time by simply physically interfacing with it, which will dramatically speed up certain upgrades, such as #184.
