Trying to download past the limit in my saved list, and resume where it stopped last.

Try as I might, I can't get the script to download further than about 660 items. I've tried using --no-dupes, --exclude-id-file, and whatever else that seems obvious to me to ignore anything that's already been downloaded. However, it continues to work through the same part of my saved list and doesn't pick up from where it has left off. Is this possible? Any other criteria I can include to have the script pick up further down my saved list rather than starting at the beginning each time?

Never mind, in my search elsewhere it seems that the saved list itself caps out around 1000 posts and begins removing older saved items as new ones are saved.
