For the last 2 weeks I've been getting this whenever I try to download anything:

And I can't seam to fix this. I've uninstalled python and deleted all files relating to it. Reinstalled it and updated everything that I could imagine. And yet whenever I run a command to download this I get this overwhelming wall of text.

I'm a complete noob, so I'm probably missing something really simple. :D

First off, we have other things to do other than respond to issues. Both of the maintainers had final exams in the last couple weeks so lets not jump to conclusions hey?
