Not sure why, works locally in a similar containerized environment.
My guess is that the Travis-CI instances are not powerful enough and sometimes hang on Hadoop/SGE operations. Disabling tests for now, but should reactivate when more stable.

Feature/travis ci extended testing (#323)

Activates SeqWare extended testing and automated documentation building in Travis-CI.
Some teething issues prevent a full set of tests from being run, see #324 . However, a good 101 of them made it.

This also migrates SeqWare to Java 8, CDH 5.4.4, and Tomcat7.
