1. Description

THL has issued a new regulation regarding Kanta PHR (Omatietovaranto).

2. Requirements

Deadline to conform to theese changes is Dec 1, 2023 for Nightscout Connect.

Design and development inputs have approved by [name, date].

3. Implementation details

Need to first see how Omatietovaranto evolves. If it does not, we may need to ditch it and do ssomething different.

4. Verification

Verification plan:
To be verified by test cases defined by Kela.
