Feedback from users regarding Nightschout Connect instructions, some improvements needed:

Elaborate REST API address details in instructions (Palvelun käyttöönotto, step 4)

If Tomato app does not work with the long format given by Nightscout Connect, use the address https://connect.nightscout.fi/ instead when entering the Data Sync address
Happy Bob does not accept the "/" at the end of the address, but the API secret is necessary (unlike for Tomato)

Order of supported applications to alphabetical order
