Registration problem in dev-environment

Description: Email sent during the registration process is never arrives. The problem occurs only in dev-environment. Registration in the production environment works without problems.
Expected behavior: Successful registration.
Is the problem repeatable: Yes 1. Start registration as a new user. 2. Write the correct email address for during the registration process 2. See the error; email never arrives.

Could or did it cause an incident to the patient? No
