This will bring performance improvements, and fix timeout issues like SeattleTestbed/attic#1009 (Sign data before contacting the vessel, not the other way around.)

Make seash use fastnmclient

This is a lot faster (!), and fixes a few logical bugs in the way
nodes are contacted, messages signed, etc.

Proposed fix for SeattleTestbed#83.

Note from 9b0c2e1 that the patch in 45eaecc isn't quite ready for prime time.
