SA is already translated into English (it's its primary language!). To change SA's language, you have to change your browser's language.

How do I find The Record Button In Scratch addons V1.33.2? I have Project Video Recorder On but when the update released I now can't find it. Can someone help?

For now, try disabling the "block count" and "hide tutorials button" addons, if you have them enabled. That should fix the issue.
