Linking problem

I am just recording the issue with some details so that if we want, we can fix this.

The data streams are registered with keywords that use code, e.g., rampvis-api/data/assets/name_mapping.json. The data streams do not use any region name. However, the hierarchy file rampvis-api/data/assets/uk-dashboard-hierarchy.json uses human-readable names. In order to resolve the links, the hierarchy files or data streams need to be updated.

Even it seems there are two codes used for London, e.g, "e12000007" and "e40000003".
