Structure of the .fdp folder

• Symlinks to main data store
• Config files:
  - ~/.scrc/fdpconfig which contains result of user name setup etc.
  - .fdp/config which contains remote info

Don't we just want to call this ~/.fdprc, and .fdprc in the local folder too? Or are we going to have a lot of fines in the ~/.scrc folder? If so, it should probably still be called ~/.fdp I'd have thought.

@richardreeve my understanding was more than just the fdp setup would be held in ~/.scrc (local registry etc) so best to keep everything relating to configuring it in there. The suggestion above is just an exact mirror of what git does so does not have to be definite

Oh, I see what you mean. I'm not sure what else would be in the folder though after our last discussion. In any event, I think this still needs to be consistently named (so probably not .scrc).
