Nomination comments

so i'm thinking you should be able to click an individual nomination and then open a page with a wall/listing of all the comments.
or we could have a show/hide comments for each nomination on the kudos page.
or we can click a category and it's a page listing all the nominations and do the show/hide thing for comments.

(and i am super descriptive.)
