Libreoffice fails to install or update in some Asian regions

I'm in Japan and am currently seeing this in scoop update libreoffice.

This problem occurs when the extra libreoffice.json points to downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org but mirror.cyberbits.asia is selected as the mirror. Probably mirror.cyberbits.asia is down.
This is a temporary issue with the regional Libreoffice level, not the Scoop and extras bucket level. That's why I posted here.
