[Workaround] Extensions might be missing in vscode / vscodium

It seems to be a issue with portable mode. I found microsoft/vscode#169006. The fix has been merged to main branch, and will be released with 1.75.0. While waiting for the new release, the workaround worked for me:

Here is the workaround until this fix is available

* Open the extensions folder and delete following files - `extensions.json` and `.init-default-profile-extensions`
