[FEATURE]: automation when new contributor is added

When a new contributor is added to our community using the repository https://github.com/Schrodinger-Hat/community/issues/new and the issue is closed with more then 2 '+1' comment then an action will:

• prepare https://github.com/Schrodinger-Hat/.github/blob/main/profile/readme.md to add the new contributor by create a new branch done the template change and open a pr
• add new entry on team list for sh site https://github.com/Schrodinger-Hat/schrodinger-hat-website/blob/main/src/i18n/messages.json#L30
• if possible assign the contributors role on discord
• invite the github member to join the organization

The last two action is maybe not needed and/or extreme(?) so more analisys required.

I'm pretty interested in doing this but I have never done something like this. Do you have any other automations outside of this repo which I could take a look at to know how it works? I'm going to investigate a little bit as well on my side :)
