Add translations support with i18next

Each translation should be split in three files

• Admin Portal
• Member Portal
• Onboarding

Add eng and ita support
Main language is eng

All the strings that are not user editable should be handled by the translation library

Update, I wont be able to tackle this issue. Leaving it up for grabs for the next contributor that would like to do it :)
