Telegram Bot to Bulk Downloading list of URL in a text (txt file) and Upload to Telegram.

Features:

• Upload list of url in a text (txt file) and upload as:
• If AS_ZIP is True: will zip all files and upload as zipfile
• If AS_ZIP is False: will send files one by one
