Replace saving to file in tmp dir #1

Currently we save each response in new file in tmp dir (by default).

This is not optimal. On windows it can make logging to account really slow if we have tens of thousands of such execution results there.

Consider using some form of database instead (sqlite). Check how it is done in EasyVVUQ.
