Nodes Overlapping with 3.2.1

Hello,

I have nodes overlapping for the 4th generation on top of the root. I've tried to troubleshoot it but without any success. Any chance to identify where the problem is coming from in relatives-tree ? In this case, the overlap is partial but if you complete the full 4th generations, the overlap is total between the 2 nodes.
