Feature: Option to disable artwork fetching

I was using a more basic music player and I like using the album covers as artist images. However, Nora tries to fetch the artworks from Internet and it ruins everything, and it sometimes displays incorrect artwork.
For now I prevent Nora from accessing Internet, but there should be an option to disable artwork fetching.
