Function name conflicts in transmission.jl #10

There are two functions named "model_ingredients_from_data" in src/transmissionmodel.jl.

One is at https://github.com/SamuelBrand1/KenyaCoV/blob/master/src/transmissionmodel.jl#L66
The other is at https://github.com/SamuelBrand1/KenyaCoV/blob/master/src/transmissionmodel.jl#L101.

These two functions seem to be doing two different things, but there is an obvious naming conflict.
