Follow on to the Best practice guide already documented. The Repo tool (https://opensource.suse.com/premium-support/helper/) is best for either brand new customers to a CSP or new PAYG customers. Most customers have security and proxy requirements which make for a challenging time getting access right for our public cloud update infrastructure. (due to local only name resolution of smt address and self-signed certs). This tool helps guide them. The other tool is the sc-repocheck (https://github.com/rfparedes/susecloud-repocheck/

Troubleshoot RMT. This guide is intended to help us run RMT internally. Not sure if it would help customers, but there may be some things in there that would.
