Salvage exploration doesn't work

Description

Got given exploration console since none of the maps have it pretty much and when we finally tried to go and do the exploration, we couldn't FTL to it. I don't know if it's because we had the exploration and salvage consoles on the ship itself, but I highly doubt that had anything to do with it.

Reproduction

1. Select Salvage Mission
2. Unable to FTL

Expected behavior

1. Select Salvage Mission
2. FTL to it
3. Do the mission

No changes, still unable to FTL to exploration location without admin help. FTL is too short or idk.
