Remove comScore page view tracking

As an SRG SSR analyst I want comScore page views to be removed from all our products as soon as possible.

Remark: Web content display recommendations, even if they could be updated (though this remains to be discussed), will not be updated yet, as we were informed there is a small probability page views could be reintroduced.

Acceptance criteria

• comScore page view tracking has been entirely removed.

Tasks

• Remove page view tracking.
• Update documentation.

We will be able to remove all rules associated with web content presentation.

To avoid confusion this update is deferred to a later time, though, in case page view measurements need to be rollbacked. A dedicated task has been created.
