open recent projects

As a User and as a developer, I would like to continue work in a project as soon as possible.
Opening a project in the GUI currently starts at the folder where the GUI is installed.

Therefore, the first screen should allow Users to open a recent file.
(As in, directly open the recent project.)

This functionality should also show up in the File tab at the top left.

• This should be independent of the user
  (no interference between users on the same system)
• CI checking should not interfere with the other users on a CI server.
