Bug Description

When processing a lab message with IGRA codes the IGRA values are not visible on the pathogen test form.

Reproduction Steps

1. Process a Tuberculosis lab message with IGRA codes.
2. Create the case and continue to samples.
3. The test type is set correctly to Interferon-Gamma Release Assays
4. The IGRA values are not displayed

Expected Behavior

IGRA values should be shown similar to Case Form - Samples
