Fix data abort which happens after sending restart command #76

After sending "restart" command via serial interface, the software crashes and does not recover.

Note: if SW reset doesn't work properly, move to watchdog suspend style reset

I wonder if this happens only when debugging ... hmm

Still happens even when writing 0 to bit 14. Strange.

Moved the command to HW reset and disabled the data abort causing function.
