Update Kotlin and other dependencies

We hope you are very well!

Just a reminder that your sample is currently listed on https://www.jetbrains.com/help/kotlin-multiplatform-dev/multiplatform-samples.html. Since these are often held up as samples for the community (often newcomers) to look to, we would like to ask if you would please keep it updated.

At the moment, Kotlin and other dependencies seem a bit out-of-date. We would like to suggest you update to at least 2.1.0, and for minor versions there after.
