Track duplicate copies of Intent Parser addons

There are google documents that have multiple copies of IP installed and not all of these IP copies are updated to use the latest frontend code of IP. As a result, multiple users running the same document are exposed to different versions of IP. To address this issue, there should be a script created to track multiple copies of IP and update these extra copies of IP to use the latest frontend code. This will ensure that users are all using the same version of IP regardless of how many IP addons are attached.
