rename the mpSlice2MeshFieldIndex map in pmpo_materialPoints.hpp and check int values

This map is needed for assembly and needs to be renamed (to something clearer/explicit). The first member of the pair stored in the map, the int, needs to be checked for each entry; it is supposed to be the number of components for each slice.
