TBI - Revisit the logic for not all odata v2 apps have test/FlpSandboxMockServer.html in start-mock

Current Behavior in @sap-launch-config: When migrating a v2 app generated by the app generator, and with VSCode settings enabled, the start-mock script is set to:
"start-mock": "fiori run --config ./ui5-mock.yaml --open \"test/FlpSandboxMockServer.html\""

Expected Behavior for migrating v2 projects: The start-mock script should be:
start-mock": "fiori run --config ./ui5-mock.yaml --open \"test/flpSandbox.html?sap-ui-xx-viewCache=false#felropv2odatanone-tile\"
