Mention deprecation of CX Server in the Documentaiton

Hello Project Piper Team,

right now the Infrastructure documentation still mentions CX Server as the recommended way of installation. But looking at the repository CX Server Dockerfiles I see a Deprecation Note. So I think the documentation needs to be updated to reflect this.
