Access the exercise documents here and click on Start Mission. You can then navigate from one tutorial to the next or go back to the overview page and jump directly to an exercise, e.g. if you want to skip one of the optional exercises.
For system access, please use this BTP link. You can find your user name and password in the hand-out on your desk.
