Unwrapping presents feature dosent unwrap presents in folder

So basically ive been using Cthulhu for a while and sometimes when i go in sleep mode my menu icons disappear so i have to restart the system then i find my software in presents like everything including folders. So i open up Cthulhu and do the Unwrap all Home Menu software then i reboot my 3ds. Everything on my home menu is unwrapped instead of software in folders. I do not know if this is bug or glitch but can you please fix this if you have the time to.
