3.2.13 - restarting app after changing language has no effect

My controller is not supported in DS4 Windows, i'm using copycat DS4.
I tried every step in troubleshoot with no luck.
I'm using Deltaco Gaming GAM-139-W Wireless Controller (PC/PS4)

I used all the time alt app (reWASD) and works perfectly to emulate this controller as DS4 but with DS4Windows it's not working, my controller literally is not detected, it shows in devices and printers, all drivers installed and nothing.

I want to use DS4Windows because reWASD is trial 1 week and I don't want to pay just to emulate my controller as DS4.

reWASD show VID:PID: 0C12:2E1A (my controller) is the thing you need to add to DS4Windows so my controller can be visible in app?

Everything is working perfect for me. But how to put it to sleep mode after use. I saw my Ps5 connected to to my pc all the time.

Just either close or stop ds4windows and the controller will go back to its normal behavior. If you were using BT, I would say to use the disconnect combo but that doesn't work with usb

I keep getting error:
.NET install was not found. Please install .NET Desktop Runtime and try again. Redirecting to download page.

I tried to install both x64 and x86 version from the Releases link, from this error's Pop-up link and the latest 6.021 version as well.
