Multiple incompatible versions of `bitflags`

coreaudio-rs requires both bitflags 1.3.2 and objc2-audio-toolbox 0.3.2. However, objc2-audio-toolbox itself requires bitflags 2.10.0, meaning building crates that rely on coreaudio-rs will include two incompatible instances of bitflags in the executable (if I am not mistaken).

I don't know enough about Rust versioning to judge whether merging #120 will resolve this or not.

We ran into this issue downstream (RustAudio/cpal#984).
