[Feature] No system time on title screen

With system time feature activated, it would look better if it only showed when you are actually ingame, i.e. not on the title screen and possibly also not when the menu is opened.

Asking because it looks a bit weird when the game is booting up and you see the system time on the title screen right away. I feel like it's enough to see it when you are actually playing.
