Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We don't want to have to visit every the Grading tab for every Runestone assignment and click through to grade and release in order for the grades to be displayed to students in canvas. Allowing instructors to set assignments to automatically be graded adn automatically be released can streamline and improve instructor experience.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to configure assignment to 1) automatically autograde and display totals 2) automatically release grades
It seems like folks who aren't using LTI may also like this. So these could be 2 checkboxes below the "Allow Late Submissions" check box in the old rst interface.

Seems like in Assignment builder this would be a slider button along with the one for Visible to Students.

Additional context
We have these options in codeworkout and webcat, so the students can see their scores in canvas right away and we don't have to visit the assignment in the external tool unless we configure it that way because we know we will have human review/grading.

If there is an issue or an update need then it could be made and the updated grade should report.

Thanks!
Margaret

Also maybe these choices could be instructor or book level default settings.
